Photo Gallery
The Photos page displays all photos in the gallery in a clean, scrollable layout. You can browse images, open them in a larger view, and use filters or pagination to explore the collection efficiently.
What You Can Do on This Page
- Browse all photos in the gallery
- Open any photo to view it larger
- Read captions and details
- Use filters to narrow down the list
- Adjust how many photos appear per page
- Admins can add, edit, or delete photos
Photo Grid
Photos are displayed in a responsive grid that adjusts to your screen size. Each photo shows:
- Thumbnail image
- Caption (if provided)
- Album name (if applicable)
Click any photo to open it in the full photo viewer.
Viewing a Photo
When you click a photo, the viewer opens and displays:
- The full‑size image
- The caption
- Navigation arrows to move between photos
- A close button to return to the grid
Use the arrow keys (or swipe on mobile) to move through photos quickly.
Filtering Photos
The filter bar allows you to narrow the list of photos by:
- Album — Show photos from a specific album
- Keyword — Search captions or descriptions
Filters update the grid instantly.
Pagination
If the gallery contains many photos, the page includes:
- Page numbers to navigate between sets of photos
- A Photos Per Page dropdown to control how many photos appear at once
This keeps the page fast and easy to browse.
Admin Tools
If you are an administrator, you will see additional options:
- Add Photo — Upload new photos to the gallery
- Edit — Update captions or album assignments
- Delete — Remove a photo from the gallery
Admin actions appear as buttons on each photo or in the photo viewer.
Tips for Browsing the Gallery
- Use filters to quickly find photos from a specific event or album.
- Increase the photos‑per‑page setting for faster scrolling.
- Click photos to view them in full size and read captions.
- Use the viewer’s navigation arrows to move through photos smoothly.
