Anna “Annie” Burris Stringer was born April 28, 1898, in Barry County, Missouri, a place where the hills, hollows, and close-knit communities shaped generations of families. She lived her entire life in this region, passing away in July 1965 at age 67 and resting at Munsey Cemetery in Eagle Rock . Her story is woven into the fabric of the Ozarks — a life defined by family, faith, hard work, and resilience.
