Requesting Access

This is a private family website. Some content will be public. In most cases you will have the option to make your posts/photos public or private. To keep our information private, users must request access and set a password before logging in. This process is quick and ensures only verified family members can join.

How to Request Access

1. Go to the Login page.
2. Go to the Request Access panel.
3. Fill out the form with the following information:
   • Your first and last name
   • Your email address
   • Your date of birth
   • Your relationship to the family
4. Click Submit Request.

What Happens Next

• You will receive an email to verify your email address. Click the link in the email to verify your email address.
• When your email address has been verified, you will receive a message that an Admin will review your request within 24 hours. Our goal is to approve or deny requests within minutes.
• Your request is sent to the site administrator for review.
• The admin verifies your information.
• If approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password.
• Click the link in the email. You will be taken to the SetPassword page. Enter your password twice. If the passwords meet the strength requirements and the two passwords match, your password will be updated and you will be able to log in.
• Once your password is created, you can log in and begin exploring the private areas site.

Tips for a Smooth Approval

• Use an email address the family will recognize.
• Be clear about your relationship (e.g., “grandchild of ___”, “spouse of ___”).
• If your last name is different, mention who you are connected to.
